Was cooking all day getting ready for the holidays. I did nothing but think about my family in America and Italy, & Sicily today. And as I thought and smiled, I cracked yolk after yolk into fine semolina, folding it in slowly with a fork while I made mushroom stuffings, spinach and basil pesto lasagna, roasted garlic, lemon and pepper fettuccini TI AMO MOLTO 🇮🇹
