Anche il ginnasta inglese Brinn Bevan è alle Olimpiadi nel team GB.
Se per ora le sue performance nel corpo libero a Rio sono state deludenti, consoliamoci con il suo massaggio senza mutande.
#MondayMotivation Thought of the day; know where your going & Know where you came from. Set goals and always have something to work towards, knowing what you want makes the hardship a lot easier. Facing adversity is an important of learning to grow, appreciate the challenges and take satisfaction out of overcoming them. Tough times don’t last, tough people do. Photo creds @nevrilkphoto thank you for your amazing work. @elite_gymwear @thehardwaytosuccess @fu3lbox
What a fantastic experience, what a team! I am officially an Olympian! All around I placed 17th which would have seen me through to the final, but due to the 2 per country rule will not take part. 6 clean routines from me so I couldn’t be happier. Team final tomorrow. Individual Finals: Max; all around, floor & pommel. Louis; pommel. Nile; all around & high bar. Kris; floor. Be sure to tune in to see the action! A big thanks to @nevrilkphoto for some great shots 📸 #WednesdayWorkout Always be the hardest worker! Not necessarily by doing the most repetitions or the longest hours. By being the hardest worker I mean be the most efficient; Know what needs to be done and do it. But with that in mind “strength & growth come only through continuous effort & struggle” so be clever, endeavour! @elite_gymwear @thehardwaytosuccess
